I have loved this PC for the most part. The specs are what I needed even though my graphics card does get a little bottle necked for games that it shouldn't be but I digress.
Their customer service is poor. I'm not a dummie when it comes to computers and I did 9/10 of the research for what is going wrong with my PC myself. I keep getting extremely slow internet spikes on my pc frequently even though every single one of my other devices never experience this issue including my macbook pro that is sitting right next to my computer.
I reached out to their customer support team and they responded quickly telling me that I needed to reach out to my ISP instead of them, even after I gave them all the info I just relayed to you.
Bruh, do you think I'm dumb? You just don't want to deal with my issue. I know it probably has something to do with the internet card in my motherboard and you just don't want to replace it.
That being said, it's been almost 3 weeks since I responded telling them that it isn't an internet issue and would like a response and I have heard nothing.
NOTHING
It's the risk of buying expensive technology online is having things not work correctly. That being said, absolutely horrendous customer service is not a good response to that risk that consumers are taking. It makes you look like a scammer and not a reputable company.

Okay so I ordered the NZXT streaming pc it’s been a dream of mine to be a a PC gamer I did a lot of research and found that nzxt was one of the most elite companies out there. So I ordered my pc, then it took them about 4 weeks to send it to me. Upon arrival straight out of the box the pc didn’t work. So I contacted customer support in 2 days I get a response I did everything the guy told me to do still nothing then I noticed the power supply in the pc is dented up and it’s not the one that was supposed to even come with my pc then I noticed it had a burning smell. So the power supply fried which led to frying every component on the PC, when it was at their factory. They claimed they built it upon order but if that was true they would’ve known that this PC doesnt work. Anyways I contact them and say I want a refund to get the pc from me and give me my money so I don’t have to deal with this company anymore I’m done. So I send them the PC they get it 2 days later then tell me I’ll receive my money in 2-3 business days. On the 5th day I get another email saying I won’t get my money for another 1-10 days. NZXT is nothing but a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE I cannot believe the crap I had to go through and still currently dealing with. This company is a joke. The only people they make sure have working components are people like DrLupo and Ninja if you’re not important and aren’t heard your PC is most likely going to be trash just like their company.

Just got my $3K PC back from them after…

Just got my $3K PC back from them after I had to ship it back to them because it was dead on arrival. They shipped it back and guess what... it's still f-ing dead on arrival. How are they in business?

This is quite literally the worst…

This is quite literally the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My computer has needed two replacement parts (it needs more but I've done two RMAs, more detail below).
My GPU was bricked upon receiving my PC. I had to ship the entire PC back for just the GPU to be replaced. Took a while, fun stuff /s. Then when my PC was returned to me the hard drive just straight up didn't work, and two cable seats on my motherboard were broken. They sent me another hard drive that doesn't work. Could be because like the two cable seats on my MOBO, the SATA cable end is also broken. Though a new cable hasn't fixed the issue so who knows. Might even be the motherboard at this point. And I have a feeling if I want my MOBO replaced they'll need me to send the entire machine back. Which after my previous experience is absolutely not happening.
Furthermore the PC case was scratched to hell with paint chipped off the top when I received it. Guess what that would take to fix? You guessed it, another full shipment back to NZXT for more stuff to be broken. Oh don't worry, I included that in my first RMA with the GPU issue, and they didn't even fix it so take that as you wish.
I also paid nearly $200 for overnight shipping that took five days after shipping to get to me (no weather issue, nothing like that, just sat at a warehouse. I'd understand weather but not Fedex or NZXT messing around or whatever). They didn't care, no refund nothing. They also didn't give me any recompense for needing to RMA my computer multiple times in less than a month, and still needing to.
This company sucks, really don't buy from them. I bought their most expensive prebuilt and they couldn't give a damn, I was treated like I bought a $5 item from them. "You bought something from us? The transaction is done buzz off." -NZXT, probably.
If I could return it at this point I would.

There's not enough cuss words to describe how bad this company is. Go f yourself, just sent me a 1000$ paperweight so thanks for effing me! I guess NZXT likes f'ing little boys because that's what they're doing to me rn

Spent 4k on trash

Spent 4k on trash. Creator PC is loud. side is cracked where they screw in panel. The RTX3090 ports don't match up to the Case holes, so I can't plug anything without it bending. FANS ARE LOUD- Cam software doesn't work well with either controlling fans or lights- they go back to their previous setting. Air flow could be better. ARE these actually VR ready? because 3/3 of my VR headsets DO NOT work on them. When I did a VR compatibility scan, the NZXT was not VR compatible at all. I am so pissed. Not getting refund.

Great build quality, wonderful wire management, zero customer support.

Alright, I got my PC going on about 5 months ago. I normally don’t do reviews for anything, but I figured with this being a MASSIVE expense that I took on, but others could also be looking down that barrel, I figured why not.
First off, I wasn’t going to try and fight bots or pay scalping prices, so this was my way of getting a 3080.
I grabbed an Intel i9-10900k, Asus Maximus Hero XII (Wi-Fi), EVGA 3080 XC3, 32GB of G-Skill Royal RAM 3600hz, and 80+ Gold grade 1KW PSU from EVGA, an NZXT Kraken X63, paired with all NZXT’s fans for all the RGB greatness and all of this bundled into a H510 Elite.
Building time, shipping time and how it was shipped was all wonderful, literally no complaints.
Opening up the PC to see if anything wiggled loose or anything needed to be fixed, regarding wire management, nope; whoever prepared my BLD is a wire management God and I do really mean that.
Now this all sounds great, why the 3/5? Well, because their customer service is non-existent.
I ordered this PC, I was signed in with my account, the order confirmation, etc. was all sent to my email, but for whatever reason, the order is NOT showing in my history.
No big deal, right? Just reach out and they’ll help - that’s a big no-go. I reached out TWO days after getting the PC to report that it’s not under my order history and if I could have it linked to my account, ONE response asking which email I want it linked to (when I literally put what email in my reaching out post, but okay). My ticket was marked as solved, but there was still no order in my history. I open another ticket TWO weeks ago and no response as of yet. I emailed their support 4 days ago, no response yet.
If I want to RMA or send them whole system back, I need the order to show under my history so I can make a ticket for it, but it’s not there.

My pc continuously crashed while doing anything, it’s been over a week since i sent the email and i haven’t gotten a response on why it’s doing this.

No legacy support

Avoid this company. Non-existent customer support, and no legacy support, which means older tech will not function properly. Their crappy software also requires you to login at every boot, and often fails to authenticate. The tech is good, but don't expect it to last long. My old Kraken AIO cooler cannot function properly because of their software's lack of compatibility with older models.

Very poor Customers Support.

The CAM Software is not the best. The Hardware are ok.
But the Customer Support are very bad. Always when I open a Ticket, and the Support dont know what to do, they just delete or close my Ticket.
Is this the way how you deal with Customers? After we pay much money?

I can only speak for the NZXT AUS…

I can only speak for the NZXT AUS customer service and it was excellent. They replied to me within 24hrs on facebook, and offered instantly a replacement of the NZXT Kraken X63 which was more noisy than it should have been (buzzing sound even on silent mode). The email conversation afterwards was even quicker,
They got in touch the same day with the tech company that had it installed for me, and let them know the RMA was approved - so I didn't have to do their replacement procedure.
The next unit I got is indeed silent on silent mode, and I couldn't be happier.
On a sidenote: Yeah the CAM software is not great and needs improvement, but it works fine for me and I never had issues with it per say. I installed a different software (fan control) for all my fans, and while it can't regulate the pump, it can control the AIO fans - so I made a custom fan curve for most of my components (CPU; GPU) and I think everyone should be doing that.

They igore you and force you to void warrenty

custumer support ignores your ticket or leaves you hanging over 2 weeks for each evading reply.
Item was a faulty kracken X62
after making a ticket for RMA/Warrenty they block me on their main site with error 500
i have never done anything negative or hostile against NZXT and yet they just give me the finger
will NEVER buy NZXT again

Just learn to build your own

They put my computer together horribly, would have literally been better off building my own and learning.
